Peacefuli has electricity!!!!
my electricity, heat, water EVERYTHING has been out since Tuesday...and it's Friday.
and it's been below freezing conditions all week with about however much snow and about 2 inches of ice on the rodes. it was exciting...no.
lol.
i've been sleeping on a cot on the floor in front of the fireplace.
i tried to stay at my grandpa's house for the first time in 5 monthes and he had a stroke while i was there. and is in the hospital and they don't think he's going to make it.*sigh*
so not too great of a week.
but at least it's warm

My favourite brand is not this one, but this is the commonest in Mauritius.
In the US, though, wikipedia says that the use of henna for direct skin application hasn't been approved, so all you can legitimately get is the powder form (which is meant for hair application), although some US friends tell me they find the paste all the time in fairs.
